Join us for this ongoing weekly mind-body movement and meditation class. It is a great introduction to Qigong practice and a great group for ongoing weekly support for getting more in touch with your energetic body, emotions and health. Qigong helps to reduce stress, improve vitality and to balance emotional and physical well being through gentle movement, breath-work and visualization.

Meditation and Energy Medicine Group - Online
Six Monday Evenings 5:30-6:30pm
This weekly class is offered as a qigong meditation and energy medicine practice session where we will learn and build skills in focus, attention, energy sensation awareness and visualization. We will do sitting, standing and movement practices as part of this class, as well as discussion, reflection and writing practices. Please join us!
In this series, we will be exploring the foundations of body-based qigong meditation awareness and presence practice as well as holding space for emotional experience and movement.
This class is offered in a series, which will be an ongoing group. It is possible to join in at any time, but per the series that is underway, with access to all prior recordings as skills will be build upon throughout the series.
Monday Evenings 5:30-6:30pm PST

Stream recording option also available by request on an as needed basis. No refund for missed classes, class recordings available after each class for the duration of the series and for 6 weeks post final class session. 9 Phases Transformation Qigong Series - Online

This class teaches the 9 Phases Transformational Qigong form that is a fluid movement meditation practice designed to enhance Qi flow through the body while opening up the heart space and connect you to spiritual purpose and ease. The 9 phases form takes you on a journey of connecting to the physical body, opening and purifying the heart-mind and further awakening spiritual connection and intuition. Students have found this form to be "deep, inspiring, and beautiful."
In this class, you will learn step-by-step this easy to follow form. This form has become a grounding and foundational practice for many students and has been a part of many people's inner and outer transformational journey. Qigong practice is accompanied by energy alignment meditations as well as lectures and discussion on each of the phases as they apply to practice, inner alchemy and everyday life.
$210 for series. Sliding scale available upon request.
