About Mindful Movement Qigong

Mindful Movement Qigong is a community of people seeking health, vitality, and alignment in their hearts, bodies and lives. We come together in movement classes, meditation and mindfulness workshops, and transformational series and discussions.

MMQ was founded in 2010 and has evolved from one weekly class to a growing community of people enjoying and thriving with the many benefits of qigong and qigong meditation practices.

Mindful Movement Qigong Mission Statement

Mindful Movement Qigong is dedicated to connecting people to themselves. We aim to provide safe space for people of all genders, races, sexual orientation, abilities, ages and ethnicities to learn, engage and flourish with the practices and philosophy of qigong, self-healing, and meditation.
